Version 3.0

Ever since the release of Advance Wars 2, we've had different types of tournaments and contests. However, one that always failed was the tournament of actual battling. No matter how much people tried, actual AW2 battles took too long for a bunch of loose GameFAQs users to finish, even less so a tournament. After trying myself, I came to the conclusion that the biggest problem was that people usually got paired with someone random, which often would cause incoherence in timezones, free time, and others.

So I started thinking... A functional system would be the one that allows people to play with whoever they want, and whenever they want. The ball was in my court. I decided to give it a try, and design a system. It took a while to hammer down. Formulas, levels, rules, everything. But in the end, it was worth it. Now, I have the pleasure to show you the work of many, and the joy of even more: The Ladder!

If this is your first time, you might want to read the rules first, and then cruise by the contacts section or the forum to find an opponent.
